Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is FH Agency, a company currently being incorporated. The registered office will be specified once incorporated.
For any question about your data or to exercise your rights: contact@fh-agency.com. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as the processing does not require one.
Data we collect
- Contact / quote form: name, e-mail address, message, and where applicable the phone number, company, project type and budget you share with us.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamp, via the host’s technical logs (see §4).
We collect no sensitive data and ask only for the information needed to handle your request.

This site sets no audience-measurement or marketing cookies and uses no advertising trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.
Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (security, technical preferences) may be set; these are exempt from consent. You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Recipients & processors
Your data may be processed by processors acting on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — processing and e-mail delivery of contact-form messages.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — domain name, DNS and e-mail routing.
We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our processors Vercel, Formspree and Cloudflare are located in the United States; using the site therefore involves a transfer of data outside the EU. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods
- Prospects (contact requests): up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients: duration of the relationship, then legal archiving (up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Technical logs: kept by the host (Vercel), typically a few weeks.
Security
FH Agency implements appropriate technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, restricted access, secure hosting) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Access, rectification and erasure;
- Restriction of and objection to processing;
- Portability of your data;
- Directives on the fate of your data after your death.
